Shipping policy





Our bubble wrap and mailers are biodegradable.  Everything else will be sent in cardboard boxes (new or reused) and sealed with paper tape.

I will package and dispatch your orders that are placed before 9pm on the next working day.

United Kingdom: 1-5 business days
Worldwide: 5-7 business days



I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them.

My standard shipping is with Royal Mail, 1st or 2nd Class for the UK dependant on the items.

I am not responsible for any delays due to customs. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may occur.

I send my items from the United Kingdom.

Our shipping prices are worked out by the weight of the goods you are purchasing.  This does exclude our multi needle felting tools because of their bulky shape. Niddy noddies, extenders and drop spindles are around 32 grams in weight.
